It is capable of playing videos, it says movies and pictures. I t just always says empty disk after the pc says its on their. I dont understand what else I have to do or how to do it. It is a audio video player, it plays MP3
WMA and DRM audio and plays standard video files.
please tell me what to do and help me step by step. Explain to me like Its my first time on a computer, it can be very frustrating and I want to make sure I understand and do everything right.

Sell it and buy an IPHONE

    mp3 players cannot play videos.
    You need an mp4 player.

I’m not able to get real in-depth where it concerns WMP because I don’t use it, and each device is different too. But here’s what you need to realize, if the files play on the computer but not on the device it’s because the files that the computer is playing are the files on the computer, not on the device. So, apparently, whatever you’re doing with them, you’re not putting them on the device. See if you can find a user guide on the manufacturer’s web site. Wherever it is that you see the device is connected in WMP, that’s where you need to put the files.

MP3 players do play video! Even if your comment was correct, it’s clearly not at all helpful but enjoy your two lousy points.
