What is Rich video codec Trojan and how to completely remove it?

My computer seems infected by Trojans and other viruses. Especially one named Rich video codec Trojan. My anti-virus doesn’t seem to be able to remove it, for the Trojan keeps out every time I run a scan again. Need help! Thanks for any advice.

    down load it for free from here’
