Zune Software not playing mp3s?

Error: Zune software does not support the codec that was used to create this file.

I used to have iTunes and I am pretty sure the files don’t have drm, downloaded them off of bittorrent.

    All my mp3 tracks play on my Zune.

    Try download the software again. I don’t see how that could have happened.

    Or give the Zune people a call. Maybe they can help : 1-877-GET-ZUNE (438-9863)
